My dad recently asked me to help him find a present for his golf buddy’s upcoming birthday. He said that it’s hard to just get him something off a golf store since he pretty much has everything. The last time my dad won a tournament, he game my dad a personalized sports watch with compass as a small token; so my dad is thinking of getting him something nice as well. They have been friends since college and they have now become golfing buddies now that they are older. I was telling my dad that he doesn’t have to get him an actual golf item. In fact, he can get him something that’s more symbolic of their friendship and love for the sport.

Incidentally, my dad was thinking the same thing since he says that his friend pretty much has everything he needs anyway. The good thing is that we found a couple of items online that my dad thinks his friend will like. One of them is this cute little robot golf statue. I think it’s a great present to give to someone who pretty much lives and breathes golf. I was actually thinking of getting this one for my dad but I guess his friend can have the present. It’s pretty cute and I think Uncle Tom will definitely love it.
